Apartment Viewing

When attending the apartment viewing, please bring the following documents with you. If you decide to proceed with the application process, we will make copies of these documents to create and securely store your tenant profile with the property management. Once your application is approved, we will conduct a Credit and Background Check.

  1. Photo ID: A valid government-issued photo identification, such as a driver’s license or passport, to verify your identity.

  2. Proof of Income: Documents that demonstrate your ability to pay rent, such as the last 2 pay stubs, and an employment contract or a letter from your employer stating your salary/wages.

  3. Recent Bank Statement: To show your financial stability and ability to cover any additional costs.

  4. Social Security Card: This will be used for the Credit and Background Check. You can receive a copy of this report.

  5. References: Contact information for previous landlords or personal references who can vouch for your character and reliability as a tenant.

  6. Rental History: If you have rented in the past, having documentation of your previous rental history can be helpful.

  7. Letter of Recommendation: If available, a letter from a previous landlord or employer endorsing you as a responsible tenant.

  8. Guarantor Information: If you don’t meet the income or credit requirements, you may need a guarantor, so have their information ready as well.
